1.- Fabulous location, right on the edge of the beginning of Carmena's restrictions to enter the Center. 2.- Very good staff, breakfast and garage. 3.- They gave us the price of the garage for being in a suite.

It is in dire need of renovation of the rooms. Very, old. It smells old. Ancient style, you can't load mobiles on the bedside table, old carpets, scraped skirting boards that fall off, low beds from the year tarara, old blankets from my grandmother. We had a suite (912), we paid as a suite and what they really gave us was a normal room, with a normal bathroom (badly, bidet and cup are a death trap) and that if a huge satellite room, nothing cozy with a table for meetings of 14 people, is not worth anything. In all the suites that we have had in other hotels the room and bathroom were special, bigger, with more details, they also had an anteroom, a living area, they never gave us a meeting room to make us believe that it was a suite. We didn't hire that and it didn't say that in the information. It was a pity not to go back. Other clients complained at the reception desk about their rooms too.

The room is very good, quite big, with a comfortable bed, free water as a courtesy on the day of arrival, and coffee and infusions.

parking issue was a bit confusing, hotel has a reserved space within the parking lot of El Corte Inglés. I arrived on a Sunday and it was free, so I put it on posters because the mall was closed and barriers were up. I didn't stop for that reason to take a ticket (something I commented when I checked in) and when I checked out on Tuesday (my reservation was for two nights) I had an unpleasant moment with the person who attended me in reception regarding the issue, makes my memory of the stay not as good as it would have been, being all the rest correct. Finally he told me that he was only charging me for one day. That's right, 26 euros no less. I am left with the doubt of the price of the parking in the shopping center area.

The hotel is perfectly located and very practical for visiting the city.

We booked two rooms, the first night we tried to put the heating on but as it was quite old we thought we had not been able to plug it in. The next day we asked at reception and they sent us a technician who tried to solve the problem (in the two rooms) but there was no solution because it was broken. They did not change our room in spite of being 8 o'clock in the evening because the hotel was full, we had to go down to the reception to get an electric radiator for one of the rooms (they only had one). In my opinion, and given the prices of the rooms for the end of the year, they should not sell rooms that they know have problems . The next day after indicating the problem at check out they gave us 10%, I honestly don't think it was the solution.

good facilities: large gym, pool, sauna, cafeteria.. They provide free swimming cap and pool towel. Unbeatable location: Corte Inglés 4 meters away, metro station 50 meters away, Plaza de España, Gran vía very close by. Elisabeth had the great detail to make us an upgrade upon arrival. Spacious room with all the amenities: tea and/or coffee making facilities. free safe, well equipped mini bar, Rituals bathroom amenities, On arrival 2 bottles of water courtesy of the house. Carpeted corridors that absorb the noise from the corridor. door in the room that leads to the bathroom and entrance so you can't hear the noise from the corridor, fast and always available elevators. Everything is very well.. thank you very much, If you ask for a copy of the key or a new key. they prioritize the security of the client by asking for identification and/or contrasting data, In reception great equipment. they facilitate what the client needs in a fluid, efficient and fast way, Very good floor team: they replace products daily. always very clean room. sometimes we went out late in the morning and they always made the room for us, Greetings and Happy New Year 2020, We will be back.

We liked everything, we are delighted with the hotel and Madrid!

The room was a decent size and had a good view, big windows, and WIFI. The breakfast was hot and fantastic for vegetarians. The pool was nice. The location was good, close to two bus stations and a short distance from Conde Duque Cultural Center.

Good location near shops and public transportation. Clean, quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast (must have) safe area. Good choice for shopping or city center visits.

A bit old, but well revamped. Didn't have any soap but they got some for us. Beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable.

Generally the hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly, rooms clean and access to pool and gym for free.

The hotel as such could be renovated a little bit. However, the style of a hotel aways is a question of taste as well.

The room was fine and the staff helpful and pleasant. The chamber maid was extremely efficient, kind and helpful. The location seemed fine and your proximity to a department store/supermercado was helpful.

I did not like paying for Wi-Fi. Most hotels in the US offer it free. I thought the cost for the breakfast buffet was high. I was distressed that the gym was not available more hours. Also, I asked for wash cloths and was told Husa Princessa doesn't have any. I had to purchase kitchen cloths to wash my face.
